After months of writing, experimenting, questioning, and refining, the new album Things that Matter, or Not is now out in the world.
This album grew out of a simple but challenging idea. In a time where everything competes for attention, opinions are loud, and expectations are endless, what actually matters. And just as important, what does not.
Things that Matter, or Not is not an album that tries to give answers. It is an album that sits with questions. About values, boundaries, love, doubt, resilience, perspective, and the quiet decisions we make every day. Some songs are introspective, some are direct, some carry humor, others carry weight. Together they form a reflection of modern life as it feels from the inside.
Lyrically, every song starts with real thoughts and lived experiences. The words are written by a human, shaped by relationships, responsibilities, uncertainty, and curiosity. Sonically, the album blends pop melodies with atmospheric synths, subtle rock elements, and modern production created with the support of AI. That combination is intentional. This project does not hide how the music is made. It invites the listener to focus on the result, the feeling, and the questions it leaves behind.
You may love the honesty, the reflections, and the sound. Or you may struggle with the fact that AI is part of the creative process. Both reactions are valid. That tension is part of what this album explores. What we choose to care about, and what we decide to let go of.
Things that Matter, or Not is meant to be listened to with curiosity. In headphones late at night, or loud in the car while moving forward. Not to convince, but to accompany. Not to explain, but to resonate.
Thank you for listening, for questioning, and for taking part in this experiment. I hope you find something in these songs that reflects a part of yourself, or helps you reconnect with what truly matters. Or not.
